Two (three actually) things: 1) I don't know if you have already, but try turning off ambient lighting compensation ('automatically adjust brightness' in the display settings). I know that was what was causing me to have issues, but if that's a nonnegotiable or for some reason it doesn't work still, 2) Go into settings display color calibrate, then 'continue', uncheck the box that says use native white point, and move the slider all the way to the left, beyond where it says D50 and 5000.
Say continue, decide whether not to allow other users to use this calibration (probably doesn't matter), continue, name the profile something like F.Lux, and then continue and save. It doesn't do too much, but it definitely takes a lot of blue light away.
Install f.lux on your desktop computer; Install one of the apps listed below to keep your Android devices’ screens up-to-date with your environment and time of day. These apps reduce strain on your eyes, which in its turn affects how you sleep, work and stay healthy. F.lux is an awesome tool.
AND it's built in. 3) A quick Google search have me a few promising candidates, like G.lux, myPointShade, and a few others. Maybe try some of those if neither of those work. P.S.— For people coming here for iOS stuff, I have a recommend GoodNight.
It requires Xcode, a Mac, and a free developers license, but I've been using it for a while now and it's a great alternative to flux on iOS. Oh wow fuck sorry! I'm really sorry. Yes, it is $59 pesos, which seems like it's $3.99 in the US store.

The link was in English so I had no idea it was the MX store, and I just looked at it again and it seems like there is some Spanish writing there and I checked the app in my own store and yes, it's $3.99 USD. In your link it just said $59 so I assumed that it was in USD, not pesos. Really sorry for giving you that scare! You're right. By the way, I solved the screen flicker issue in El Capitan with f.lux. You just need to turn auto brightness off in your Settings Displays and then reboot, and then it'll be fine.
It's a tradeoff but I'd rather have f.lux. And you can probably use it with Sunset together.
